One dog. As many drivers as the trip needs. One itinerary everyone can follow.

NovaTransport plans multi-leg rescue transports end to end: real drive times between stops, arrival and hand-off times for every driver, a PDF itinerary in each inbox, and a portal where volunteers log the pickup and drop-off as they happen.

Right now it is free for qualified foster rescues.

Plan the whole route on one map

Search an address, tap the map or click a volunteer's pin to add a stop. Drive times come from real road routing, so every arrival, buffer and departure is calculated from the start time. Change one stop and everything after it moves.

The stops and volunteers planner: a map of the eastern United States with a route from Dallas to Boston and a list of stops with arrival times on the right

Start with the dog and the two ends of the trip

Enter the start time, where the dog is now and where they are going. Add a photo, breed, age, likes, dislikes and anything a driver must not do. All of it travels with the itinerary so nobody has to ask.

  • Addresses resolve as you type, or drop a pin on the map.
  • Times are shown in your rescue's timezone.
  • Photos are compressed on upload so pages stay fast on the road.

See every volunteer driver near the route

Your volunteers live on the map. Turn on their pins, zoom into a gap in the route and pick the driver who is already nearby. Anyone without a location yet can be located with one click.

  • Each volunteer keeps contact details, vehicle notes and an optional portal login code.
  • An optional public signup form collects new drivers into a pending list you approve.

Every driver gets their own leg, in writing

The itinerary lists each leg with pickup and drop-off times, the exact addresses, overnight stops and the emergency contact. Email all drivers at once with their leg highlighted and the full PDF attached, or text one driver straight from your phone.

  • Pin a fixed time on any stop and the rest of the schedule works around it.
  • Overnight stays and resume times are built into the plan.

Watch the transport move in real time

Drivers open the portal with a single-word code, see their leg and who they hand off to, and log the pickup and drop-off with a photo. You see scheduled versus actual times, a progress bar and an activity log. The transport completes itself when the last leg is dropped off.

  • Coordinators can log a pickup on a driver's behalf.
  • Each driver sees how far behind or ahead the dog is running.

Free for qualified foster rescues

NovaTransport is free right now for foster-based rescues that move dogs with volunteer drivers. Tell us about your organization, how many transports you run and how you coordinate them today.

We read every request. If your rescue is a fit, we set up your coordinator account and volunteer portal and send you the login.

Qualified means an established rescue or shelter partner with a foster program and volunteer drivers. We may ask for a website, social page or registration to confirm.
